After successfully applying for a Digital Transition Grant, Mazzieri was able to purchase an automatic stud welding bench and a hydraulic press brake, which are integrated into and interconnected with the company’s production system.
The new WARCOM press brake reduces the incidence of welding operations on products with high depths, increasing the production capacity of the bending department and improving the quality of the finished product.
The TSP stud welding bench allows greater welding precision and enables panels to be made more quickly, helping create efficiencies in the production cycle between the bending and spot welding phase.
This investment has enabled us to increase our use of digital technologies and strengthen our position on the reference market.
