As we design and manufacture metalwork for electrical cabinets and switchboards, we do not limit ourselves to merely making metal enclosures. For us, they have to guarantee safety and durability. But above all, we adapt them to the needs of the industrial sectors for which they are designed.
Our day-to-day work is building metalwork for modular electrical cabinets and switchboards of any size for any sector. In industry, for the construction of electrical cabinets for use in production plants, automation and control systems. For the civil and industrial residential sector, for switchboards that manage energy distribution in buildings. For infrastructure such as hospitals, control centres, power stations or telecommunications.
We have been working in the metalwork sector for over 50 years. Over the last two decades, as a new generation has taken over the company, we have undertaken process innovations with automation systems for sheet metal cutting and drilling, automatic welding/spot-welding systems, numerically controlled bending systems and other strategies regarding production management and optimisation, in order to achieve a reduced “production lead time”, which gives us a competitive edge over our competitors.
The growing demand for customised solutions has also further influenced our organisation, so that today, in addition to a standard production of modular cabinets, switchboard boxes, IT system cabinets, data transmission and processing centres and low-voltage switchboard cabinets, we can design and build metalwork with fully customised dimensions, shapes and configurations. Customised modular metalwork that can easily be adapted to different applications.
Reducing waste and energy consumption is another important aspect that has raised our awareness and made us think in recent years. We have implemented several strategies:
- monitored processes to minimise material waste
- invested in a 200 kW photovoltaic system to produce in an eco-sustainable manner
- promoted the recycling of discarded production materials to minimise waste
These actions not only reduce our environmental impact but also help optimise costs.
This is now part and parcel of our daily work. All metalwork manufactured for electrical cabinets and switchboards for industrial automation, data transmission, energy distribution or the energy sector is certified: the company has obtained the major certifications guaranteeing compliance with the reference international standards and requirements. Occupational safety within the company is a top priority with the application of occupational safety regulations.
